A language in which the service is available.
nc:PublicServiceWebsiteURI
A web page through which a public service may be available.
nc:PublicServiceChannelText
A particular end or object through which the service may be available.

nc:PublicServiceLocation
A physical location at which a user may interact with a public service.
nc:PublicServiceRequiredService
A public service that is required by this service.
nc:PublicServiceRelatedService
A public service related to this service, but not required.

A resource required by the service in order to operate.
